3- RTour24 will not be responsible for any force major events (including natural disasters or any socio-political situations) resulting in cancellation of the reservation by the hotel;

4- RTour24 will not be responsible for early/late arrival fees that may be imposed by the hotel;

5- RTour24 will be able to move the reservation date or choice of hotel 14 working days prior to check-in date only if the new date or hotel is less expensive than the original reservation; RTour24 reserves the right to charge a fee up to 50% of the original reservation, should the request take place in peak times;

6- RTour24 highly recommends couples and families to bring a copy of their marriage certificate at the time of check-in as some hotels may require paperwork to allow male-female travelers in the same room. RTour24 will not be responsible for the hotel’s decision to reject your reservation due to this issue;

7- Refunds will be issued within 21 working days upon approval;
